The Grapple: 100% Organic Cocktail

Extremely refreshing, “The Grapple” organic cocktail is perfect for a warm and sunny afternoon. The Sweetness of the organic apple juice combined with the fresh and organic grapefruit juice are the perfect combination with organic vodka. “The Grapple” promises to delight all who taste it!

THE GRAPPLE ORGANIC COCKTAIL (serves 1)

1 Organic Apple

1 Organic Grapefruit

2 Ounces Organic Vodka

Tools Needed: Juicing machine* and shaker.

Remove the core from the apple and place into a juicer. Add the Grapefruit, peeled but leave as much of the white part of the skin as possible. Pour the fresh apple and grapefruit juice into the cocktail shaker. Add 2 ounces of Organic Vodka and shake. Pour over a glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.

*Juicing machines are very important to reach the ultimate taste and fit elements of a cocktail. Because organic fresh apple and grapefruit juice are so full of flavor as well as hold all of the nutrients of the fruit, it is not necessary to add sweeteners to this drink, making it that much better for you.

    Looking for an organic cocktail recipe that is simple and the perfect new twist on a classic margarita? Try the “Earth, Sun and Fire” 100% organic cocktail. Perfect for Cinco De Mayo or a warm summer evening, this alcohol beverage is made with organic jalapeno infused tequila, half of an organic tangerine, half of an organic lime and 1/2 ounce of agave nectar.
    To make this fresh cocktail, first infuse the tequila with fresh and organic jalapeno peppers. The infusion only takes 24 hours and is very simple to complete. Slice 2 jalapeno peppers in half lengthwise and place in a jar that can be completely sealed. Pour half of a bottle of organic tequila over the jalapenos and seal. Place in a dark place for 24 hours. When complete, strain the tequila to remove the jalapenos and seeds. Cover and let cool in the refrigerator.
    Once the jalapeno infusion is complete, add 1/2 of a tangerine (with the peel still on), 1/2 of an organic lime with a squeeze and 1/2 ounce of agave nectar into a cocktail shaker. Muddle well until all of the juices are combined. Add 1 cup of ice and 2 ounces of the jalapeno infused tequila. Cover and shake well. Pour into a rocks glass. Cheers!
